I point blank ask them about the charge in question and keep telling them they also have the ship to and ship from state's in wrong column so something is obviously off. They keep giving me generic responses like how to generate a sales report when obviously I already know how to generate one because I'm writing to them about charges on my report. They keep sending me in loop with different customer service reps, I can't even complete my accounting for that month in question and I am concerned about potential incorrect reporting to the IRS in the future. It looks like there was a charge to me made in error but I can't get a straight answer from them. Customer service is horrendous, my sale's report information is either incorrect or the information is entered into the wrong columns.
